Forgot your password
On the sign-in page, click Forgot your password? and enter your email. We'll send a link to choose a new one. It works for 1 hour. Changing your password signs you out on other devices.
"Sign-in is paused"
After 5 wrong passwords in a row we pause sign-in for 15 minutes to protect your account. You can wait, or reset your password straight away.
The link in my email doesn't work
Links work once and expire: email confirmation after 3 days, password reset after 1 hour, invitations after 7 days. Ask for a new one:
- Confirm email: sign in and click Resend email in the yellow banner.
- Password reset: use Forgot your password? again.
- Invitation: ask the person who invited you to click Resend.
My email is in two companies
If you belong to more than one MSMEPulse workspace, after your password we'll ask which one to open.
