Encrypted
All connections use HTTPS. Passwords are hashed, and stored keys for payment gateways, email and accounting are encrypted.
Two-step sign-in
Use an authenticator app, and require it for everyone in your company. Accounts lock after repeated wrong passwords.
Roles and permissions
Decide who sees money, who approves time, and who runs payroll. Employees see only their own pay.
Activity log
A record of who changed what and when: invoices, rates, payroll and settings.
Support only with consent
Our team can look into your workspace only when you allow it, for a limited time, and you see every page they open.

Export everything from Settings whenever you like. Your data stays yours if you leave.
We never hold your money
Client payments go straight into your own Razorpay, Stripe or HitPay account.
Sensitive details masked
Bank accounts and ID numbers are masked on screen and only shown to people who need them.

Who at MSMEPulse can see my data?
No one, unless you open a support access window for a specific request. You choose how long it lasts and can end it any time.
Can I control what each employee sees?
Yes. Roles decide access area by area, from all records down to only their own. You can also create your own roles.
