Pricing questions
How does the free trial work?
You get 14 days with your chosen plan's features. No card is needed. Choose a plan any time before the trial ends to keep going; nothing is lost.
Who counts as a user?
Anyone in your team who signs in. Your clients using the portal don't count and are always free.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade any time from Settings → Plan and billing. Extra users are added to your next invoice.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer for now: you get a GST invoice, pay it, and upload the proof in Settings → Plan and billing. Card and UPI payments for subscriptions are on the way.
What happens if I cancel?
You can export all your data at any time. After cancelling, your workspace stays readable for a while so you can take what you need.
