Go to Settings → Plan and billing. Only Admins can change the plan or pay.
Free trial
Every workspace starts with a free trial (usually 14 days) with everything in the plan switched on. Some limits may be lower during the trial, such as the number of clients. You'll see how many days are left in the bottom-left corner. Choose a plan before it ends to keep working. Nothing is charged until you do.
Choose or change a plan
- Click Choose a plan (or Change plan).
- Pick the plan, and monthly or annual billing. Annual is cheaper.
- Add a coupon code if you have one. If it can't be used, we tell you why.
- Check the total: prices are shown before tax, then GST is added (18% in India). For Singapore, the total shows how tax applies.
- Click Continue to payment.
Tick Save this payment method to renew automatically. We never store card numbers, only a reference from the payment provider. You can remove it at any time.
Paying by bank transfer
Click Paid by transfer next to the invoice. Enter the UTR or reference, the date, and attach a screenshot or PDF of the transfer. We check it and activate your plan, usually within one working day. If we can't match it, we tell you why.
Usage and limits
Usage shows how many users, clients, projects and invoices you have against your plan's limits. If an action would go over a limit, it's stopped with a message that names the limit, and you can choose a bigger plan.
- Users are people who've joined your workspace. Invited people count once they join. Deactivated users and client portal users don't count.
Modules
Settings → Modules lists every module:
- Included: part of your plan. Switch it off if you don't use it; its data is kept.
- Add-on: a paid extra. Adding it mid-month charges only for the days left in your billing period.
- Upgrade: available on a bigger plan.
If a payment is missed
- Everything keeps working for a grace period (usually 7 days). We try the payment again on days 1, 3, 5 and 7 and email you each time.
- After that the workspace becomes read-only: you can still see and export everything, and your clients can still pay your invoices through the portal. Nothing is deleted.
- Pay the open invoice and full access comes back straight away.
Cancelling
Click Cancel my subscription at the bottom of the page. Paid plans keep working until the end of the period you've paid for. After that the workspace is read-only for 90 days so you can export your data, then it's deleted. You can come back at any time before then by choosing a plan.
Export everything
Export all data downloads a zip file with one spreadsheet (CSV) for each kind of record: clients, projects, tasks, time, invoices, proposals and more.
Prices may change
If MSMEPulse changes the price of your plan, you keep paying what you agreed until we've emailed you at least 30 days in advance. You'll see the change on this page.
