Corporate training is a relationship business. Clients come back when the sessions were well run, the logistics were invisible, and they could show their own management what changed. A consistent structure for every programme makes that possible.
Start with a needs analysis
Before designing anything, understand:
- what the client wants people to do differently afterwards;
- who the participants are, and what they already know;
- how success will be measured.
A short needs analysis, agreed with the client, keeps the programme focused, and sets up the feedback report.
Design and get approval
Share the outline, materials and schedule, and get written approval before delivery. Changes after materials are printed cost time and money.
Run the logistics like a project
Venue, participant list, joining instructions, materials, equipment, certificates: each is a task with an owner and a date. Logistics failures are remembered longer than great content.
Measure and report
After delivery:
- attendance;
- assessment results;
- participant feedback;
- recommendations for follow-up.
Send the report within a week. It's the most important sales document for the next programme.
Bill in stages
An advance on approval of the design, the main share on delivery, and the balance with the feedback report.
How MSMEPulse helps
MSMEPulse includes corporate training programme and e-learning course templates with needs analysis, design, logistics, delivery and the feedback report as milestones. Participant lists and attendance sheets sit on the checklist, and each stage is invoiced when it's complete.
